VR For Events
Forrest creates short VR 180 and 360 videos specifically for trade shows, fundraisers, and other events. Each project includes a custom-built video player app so attendees get a seamless viewing experience on the headset — no menus, no setup, just put it on and go.
Forrest handles the entire process — filming, post-production, app development, headset setup, and on-site support. The finished experience is yours to reuse at every future event.
Forrest has produced VR event content for Bark, NASA (Girls in Space Day), a dance performance at OMSI, and a showcase at the University of Oregon. Projects range from 90-second pieces to multi-scene interactive walkthroughs.
A VR headset turns any booth into a portal. Visitors can tour your farm, walk your factory floor, watch your team at work, or get to know your company from the inside — all without leaving the event.
Forrest has deployed VR at indoor conventions, outdoor festivals, seated screenings, and one-on-one booth demos. The setup scales from a single headset to a full multi-station experience.

How It Works
Plan
Forrest works with you to figure out what to film and how long the piece should be. Most event videos run 2-5 minutes.
Film
Forrest shoots VR 180 or 360 video with cinema-grade immersive cameras at your facility, event, or on location.
Edit & Build
Stitching, color grading, spatial audio, and VFX. Then Forrest builds a custom video player app so attendees just put the headset on and the video plays.
Deploy
Delivered on pre-loaded headsets ready for your booth. Forrest can be on-site to run it, or hand off a self-service kit for your team.
